Ticket Price: $125 USD for Adults, $10 for children 5 - 18 years old and FREE for children under 5.

Main Sale: FEBRUARY 7th, 2025 at NOON, We will once again be using Volunteeripate, however we will NOT use the lottery system this year. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis. You need to register to purchase a ticket. If you registered last year, your account is the same! Ticket sales close on June 1st, 2025.

Each participant will have the opportunity to purchase 2 tickets.

Remember, acceptance of the event waiver is required upon registration, so let's keep things paperless this year! It may take a few minutes from initial registration to when you get your confirmation link, be patient!

Flaming Cheese Burn is run by volunteers. Ticket sales help cover event expenses, such as site rental fees and porta-potties, and will help fund future art grants. Please do not ask for a comped or free volunteer ticket.

NO TICKETS SOLD AT GATE.

Each person in your vehicle or group must have their own ticket, including each child. You must bring your photo ID and ticket with you to enter Gate. Digital format ticket is fine. The name on each ticket must match the name on photo ID for each person age 18 and over.

All participants will be given one of three wristbands based on their age: Age 21 and over, Age 18 and over but under 21, and Under 18. Wristbands must be worn throughout the event.

Plan for a single-entry, single-exodus experience. If you must leave the event, you cannot return.

TICKET TRANSFER POLICY

Tickets are transferable before the event. You may sell your ticket, but not for more than you paid. Profiting from the re-sale of your ticket will result in a revocation and ban. Ticket transfers are handled via your account on Volunteeripate and the dates for ticket transfers will be announced later.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

There are NO REFUNDS for Flaming Cheese Burn, for any reason. If the event does not take place, for any reason, the ticket will be transferred to the next future Flaming Cheese event.
